Your razor and stand are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for life. If anything fails through a defect in materials or workmanship, we replace it. No expiry, no fine print.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Give it a few shaves. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a full refund. Traditional shaving takes a few sessions to learn, so we want you to give it a fair try, and we stand behind it if it's not for you.

Rust-Proof for Years

Cared for as instructed, your razor will not rust or corrode for at least 10 years. Guaranteed in writing.

What's covered, what's not

These guarantees cover manufacturing defects and corrosion of the razor and stand under normal use and proper care. They do not cover blade wear or blade rust (blades are consumable items and are not covered by the rust guarantee), loss or theft, intentional or accidental damage, or damage in transit. Shipping issues are handled separately, so contact us and we'll sort it out.
